The staff seemed friendly at first, but I felt their service didn't always meet expectations. Overall, it has potential but requires some attention to detail.

The complimentary breakfast offered a nice selection beyond the typical fare, featuring poached eggs and fresh pastries. however, I felt the pricing at the on-site restaurant was on the higher side and not always justified.

The hotel amenities, like dry cleaning and housekeeping, were fairly standard, though I found it strange there was no computer available for printing tickets, which caused some inconvenience. but I did appreciate the welcome drink upon arrival.
